Dr. Dana Lipsky
Dr. Lipsky works together with individuals and couples to set goals, examine difficulties and find realistic solutions that provide relief and clarity. She utilizes a warm interactive approach to treatment and incorporates empathy, honesty, and a sense of humor to create a comfortable environment. Because the way we think impacts the way we feel, individuals are taught skills to identify, challenge, and modify negative thinking. In her work with couples, she provides strategies to improve communication, manage conflict, solidify trust and enhance intimacy.
Dr. Lindsay Anmuth
Dr. Anmuth helps clients gain insight through self-reflection in order to identify challenges and set life goals. She takes an integrative approach to treatment and provides clients with a multitude of skills to achieve goals. Dr. Anmuth works with couples to identify strengths and weaknesses, improve communication, and increase trust, intimacy, and closeness.
Astrid D’Cunha, Ph.D.
Dr. D’Cunha is warm, collaborative, and honest with her clients. She works with adults, families, and couples to help them achieve improved communication, stronger relationships, and greater satisfaction in various aspects of life. She helps clients become aware of maladaptive thoughts, behaviors, and emotional patterns that trigger anxiety and depression. To combat negative thinking and to alleviate feelings of worry, Dr. D’Cunha teaches clients strategies from Cognitive-Behavioral, Mindfulness and Solution-Focused therapy modalities.
Dr. Laurie Paul
Dr. Paul helps clients gain understanding so that they can feel more in control of their emotions, and by extension, their lives. If it seems like your life is going down a path that feels out of sync with who you truly are, Dr. Paul can help you understand how you got here and how to get back on track. She works with people of all sexual and gender orientations, racial, cultural, and religious backgrounds. Dr. Paul is bilingual and provides individual and couples therapy in both Spanish and English.
Dr. Lana W. Ross
Dr. Ross believes in helping individuals and couples gain insight and make behavioral changes to improve well-being. She believes empathy is important in the therapeutic alliance and she strives to create a safe space where client(s) can feel comfortable in therapy and actively engage in treatment. Her approach to therapy is based in cognitive-behavioral (CBT) theory, but is also flexible and pragmatic, in order to meet each individual’s treatment needs. With couples, Dr. Ross primarily utilizes the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy and she provides couples with strategies to enhance their friendship, improve communication, strengthen trust, and manage conflict effectively.
Dr. Erica Vien
Dr. Vien utilizes warmth and compassion to empower her clients to develop self-compassion and acceptance. She utilizes a wide range of evidence-based treatment modalities to help clients achieve symptom alleviation and increased self-confidence. In her work with couples, she aims to create an open environment where both partners feel heard, respected and valued. She is a dedicated clinician and greatly values each individual’s unique personal experience and cultural identity.
Dr. Jamie West
Dr. West utilizes a collaborative and integrative therapeutic approach to treatment. She works with teens, adults, couples and families. Dr. West helps her clients identify challenges, discover maladaptive patterns, and learn the skills needed to make positive life changes. Dr. West supports her clients on the journey of self-reflection and helps them gain insight to develop and sustain enhanced and fulfilling relationships.
Our Administrative Team consists of Wendy Waskiewicz and Shelley Drasal. Their combined experience includes training in the fields of counseling, business management, and practice scheduling for mental healthcare practices. Both Wendy & Shelley have completed HIPPA training. Together, they will be assisting our clients with scheduling, billing, and other related service needs.
